Sizzling Balot ala Pobre



Ingredients:

4 pieces balot, cooked (remove from shell and reserve juice)
3 garlic cloves, minced
Aji-Ginisa, to taste
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 spring onions, sliced
Garlic chips, for garnish
Spring onions, for garnish



Directions:

1. Saute garlic. Add balot, butter, oyster sauce and balot juice.
2. Season with Aji-Ginisa.
3. Garnish with garlic chips and spring onions.
